Attorney Chris O'Connor from Citizens Disability explains his unique understanding about how data can help shape your practice, pick the right cases and maximize the value of your time. He says that everybody's got an identity. We're spouses, children, parents, lawyers, or representatives. In fact we've all got lots of identities that shape our view of the world. These identities may impact how you make decisions on screening or evaluating new clients. Experiences as an advocate impacts how the decisions may be made. What isn't often considered is the identity of you, a business owner.
