Building Functional Evidence:
Bridging the Gap Between Medical Records and Real-Life Limitations
Presented by Stephen Sloan, Esq.
This module is a hands-on training for turning vague or incomplete medical documentation into concrete, decision-ready functional evidence. The attendee will learn how to build the kind of medical evidence that actually holds up in a Social Security disability claim — moving past what a doctor's chart says on paper to what a claimant can really do, day after day, in a full workday. A large portion of the module goes condition-by-condition, through the functional deficits that routinely get overlooked — and translates each into the specific RFC language an adjudicator needs to see.
