The purpose of this webinar is for the listener to gain an initial understanding of what the ORS is - and what it is not. The ORS resource is going to be a game changer at hearings because of the directives in SSR 24-3p regarding the DOT. This is the future of how VE's will be determining numbers of jobs in the National economy. It is critical to begin understanding the concepts of simple probability and how this will fit in to how the VE's will be using it.
