This course will provide insights into the current developmental research work of the Occupational Requirements Survey (ORS) thus far and its potential use in SS Disability Hearings. The session will compare/contrast the similarities/differences between the DOT and ORS. Some additional useful ORS characteristics will be shared, with tips and caution about how to integrate this data into the hearings process.
